I am in love with all of them but this is the one I chose to post for now.Tammy Parrish at The Clothing Compass helped with the *very* last minute request for a fantastic wardrobe for this shoot. She found the perfect dresses in no time, minding my socially responsible conditions (only pre-loved clothing) and with loving patience and understanding.What an honour to have worked with these fantastic ladies!

What you’ll get
PREPARATION
We start with a conversation where together we’ll start the journey to find out what your shoot will be about. What side of yourself you would like to show, what you would like to wear, and what sort of style we’ll put together for you.
BEAUTY MAKEOVER
The second session is all about you. Hair, make-up, clothes and accessories. You’re totally pampered and together we go through the outfits Tammy has chosen and those you brought and choose which work best. It’s important you feel beautiful in order to feel confident in front of the camera, and this session will definitely make you feel it!
THE EXPERIENCE ITSELF
This is where the fun with the camera starts. Forget all you thought you knew about when people take shots of you, let me work my magic and we’ll see what happens. Which side of you will come bursting through? Only time will tell…
THE REVEAL
The you, you’ll keep forever. We’ll go through your shots and you can choose which ones you would like to buy. Most people choose between 10-20 shots. The end result will probably be a portrait, as you’ve never seen yourself before. You might be surprised with what we end up with, and you’ll definitely be pleased.

*Includes three portraits and two styled outfit changes. During our first conversation, we’ll discuss what you would like.

Q&A
How will I know how to pose?
I will work with you and show you the poses that will work for you and your body. I will direct your poses and you don’t need to have any prior experience.
When do I pick up my photos?
15 days after your shoot there will be a face-to-face session at my studio, I call it the “Reveal”, where you get to admire and order your printed and matted photos. How many you buy, it’s up to you.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes, all your images are retouched, spots and blemishes are removed unless stated otherwise.
How does the wardrobe styling work?
As part of the preparation we’ll have a call to discuss the look and feel you want and the outfits that could accomplish that. We’ll discuss your favorite styles, colors and silhouettes, and what you dislike. Tammy creates a virtual closet for you to upload photos of any clothing items and accessories you might like to wear. She will shop for you and show you potential outfits in your virtual closet to choose from. Use this as an opportunity to update your wardrobe, or rent — the choice is up to you. Tammy attends the shoot to get the styling right on camera.
My name is Cristina and I am a portrait photographer. I’ve learned through the years that photographing the lives and hearts of women runs so much deeper than just getting your picture taken. It’s an emotional experience, one that exposes vulnerabilities, but all the while empowers and uplifts. It’s an experience I want every women to have. One where she realises her beauty is unmistakable and the role that she plays in this world is both irreplaceable and imperative. My promise to you is that once you step in front of my camera, this will happen. And it’s an experience you won’t forget.
